Position Customer Support Officer Location- Eastern Express Highway, Khopat, Thane (West) Company URL - https://www.trlkrosaki.com/ Requirements: Experience - 3 Years to 7 Years Educational Qualification - B.Sc. or Diploma, (Preferably Computer Science Branch). Preferred Industry - Any Manufacturing Brief Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly sales plan Booking of quotations & sales orders for the Department within stipulated TAT in CRM/SAP Accounting of payments & allocation of the same against Invoices. Preparation statements for monthly provision, bonus / penalty as applicable along with ABG/ PBG status. Maintain Dashboard & Preparation of month wise customer wise collection target Vs. actual and updating on daily basis. Monitoring rejection, deduction, FOC, LD and -VE contribution of zone including Monitoring debtors no. of days and debtors trend on fortnightly basis Reconciliation of accounts along with the KAMs Follow up on RB clearance with KAM on daily basis along with F/U with transporter regarding placement of trucks against indent. Creation of new item codes & new customer code within 2 days Cross-functional coordination with Sn Op for commercial solutions.
