Job Description

Hello Candidates,

We're hiring for Customer Support Executive for Voice Process to assist customers and provide excellent service. This role is open for both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure process compliance.
  • Deliver a polite, solution-oriented, and high-quality customer experience.
