We are hiring energetic freshers for one of our Leading Tech Clients in Begumpet Hyderabad.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (English & Malayalam)

Type: Full Time

Mode: Work from Office

Interview Mode: F2F

Must : Should have excellent conversational skills in English and Malayalam | Must be local to Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities:

Managing Inbound calls
Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.
Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues.
Building sustainable customer relationships.
Keeping records of all conversations organized.
Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieving management expectations.
Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

Fluency in communication (English+ (Malayalam)
Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.
Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer queries and concerns.
Excellent customer handling and customer engagement skills.
