Job Description

You are being hired as a Customer Support Executive for one of the leading tech clients located in Begumpet, Hyderabad. Your role will involve managing inbound calls, following communication scripts, identifying customer needs, building customer relationships, organizing conversation records, building product knowledge, and achieving management expectations. It is essential to have excellent conversational skills in English and Malayalam, as well as be a local resident of Hyderabad.
