Description We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in India. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. Basic knowledge of product offerings and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
