Job Description

We are seeking a candidate who is flexible with work timings and available for 24/7 shifts. Should be flexible with work timings and available to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information and assistance. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or guidance. Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals. Follow up with leads and send messages via WhatsApp when required. Update tracking sheets and databases regularly and accurately. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
