Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team who is fluent in both English and Hind. Job Role & Responsibilities Good communication skills in English and Hindi" Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle incoming inquiries and provide appropriate information. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy. Send follow-up messages on WhatsApp. Update tracking sheets and records accordingly. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Encourage passengers to give ratings on OTT platforms.
