Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our customer support team. The role involves handling customer feedback, incident management, and outbound calls. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to gather feedback and resolve queries

Record, track, and manage incidents effectively

Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Collaborate with internal teams for faster resolution of issues

Requirements:

Fresher / Entry-level candidates are welcome

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle calls with patience and professionalism

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

Willingness to learn and grow in customer support domain.
