Role & responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound customer calls

    professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to

    customer emails

    , including written complaints, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Record all interactions in the

    CRM system

    as per process guidelines.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain service quality parameters.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-2 years of experience

    in a customer service/contact center or similar role.
  • Graduate / Undergraduate

    in any discipline.
  • Strong

    English communication skills

    both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer proficiency

    , including typing skills and familiarity with email platforms.
  • Experience using

    CRM or case management systems

    for logging calls and handling email queries.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
