Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
Excellent communication skills in fluency English language.
Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends & public holidays as per business requirements.
