We are hiring for Customer Support Executive for Kolkata location!!

Salary : 2 LPA to 3 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to seniors or relevant departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and recurring issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Both graduates and undergraduates can apply.
Freshers & experienced both are welcome.
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Good communication skills.
