Job Description

Role & responsibilities

* Handle Inquiries

* Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and web queries through the CRM.

* Respond promptly using pre-defined templates or manual replies when required.

* Appointment Management

* Book appointments and coordinate with doctors for availability.

* Share appointment details with patients and confirm schedules.

* Payments & Invoicing

* Check and update payment status for each booking.

* Prepare invoices and send them to patients.

* Doctor Coordination

* Collect doctors fees and record audio confirmations if needed.

* Share daily doctor availability updates in the group.

* Follow up with doctors the next day for patient feedback.

* Feedback & Follow-up

* Collect patient feedback after visits.

* Ensure necessary follow-up actions are taken.

* Reporting & Updates

* End of Day (EOD): Share a summary of total calls, visits completed, and pending tasks.

* Update all call/visit details and statuses in the CRM daily.
