Work From Home International Voice Process (US Mortgage)

Process:

International Voice US Mortgage Process

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to
US mortgage loan queries
.
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation status, payment queries, and general mortgage assistance.
Perform verification, data entry, and update loan information accurately in the CRM systems.
Maintain compliance with US mortgage guidelines, quality standards, and data security norms.

Required Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience
in
International Voice + Mortgage process
(mandatory).
Strong communication skills with neutral/US accent.
Must be a
Graduate
(No BE/BTech allowed).
Comfortable working in
Night Shift
.
Candidates must be from
Bangalore or Chennai
only.
