• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, training, data entry and chat inquiries from customers.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when required.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure queries are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or helpdesk roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English, Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Probation Period: 2 Months
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
