Customer Support Executive

We are an established Travel Agency (Oceans Travel) based in the UK, expanding our remote support team in India. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and who want to work from home while supporting our growing UK and international customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and travel-related queries.
• Work through a secure Microsoft Cloud Desktop environment provided by us.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, and booking processes via using our in-house system
• Maintain customer records safely and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and meet performance targets outlined by senior management.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Fluency in Punjabi and/or Hindi is vital.
• Ability to work UK business hours (Indian evening/night shifts).
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or travel agencies is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
• Computer literate; comfortable working with cloud-based systems and CRM tools.

You will be working from home, Remote, via your own computer and your work and screen will be continuously monitored and recorded for safety and compliance reasons. You will answer telephone calls at home, manage client data, and book flights. As a result it is essential for you to have a strong internet connection, and quiet and professional home settings.
