Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels (email, chat, phone). Handle customer inquiries related to US mortgages, including loan applications, payments, and account management. Process international non-voice transactions for customers in the UK market. Resolve issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Job Requirements : 0-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment with a focus on customer support or sales. Strong understanding of international non-voice processes and procedures for handling cross-border transactions. Proficiency in processing complex financial products such as mortgages using specialized software systems.
