Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently. Process patient billing, insurance claims, and other financial transactions accurately and timely. Utilize AR calling skills to identify outstanding accounts receivable (AR) issues and work towards resolving them promptly. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process. Job Requirements : 3-11 years of experience in an International Voice Process or similar industry. Proficiency in handling US voice processes, including accents and dialects commonly used in American English. Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and regulations related to healthcare services.
