Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
