You will be required to document all customer interactions meticulously and keep detailed records using CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc. Collaboration with internal departments such as sales, operations, and tech teams will be necessary to address and resolve customer concerns effectively. Additionally, your input in developing FAQs, canned responses, and help center content will be valuable in enhancing the overall customer support experience.
