Customer Support Executive - International Voice

Job Overview:

• We are seeking dynamic and articulate professionals for our International Voice Process team.
• This role involves handling customer interactions, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain a calm and empathetic tone during challenging interactions
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to improve performance
• Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism

Skills & Attributes

• Minimum 1 Year in BPO (Voice Process Preferred)
• Fluent English proficiency with a neutral accent
• Active listening to understand customer concerns clearly
• Clear articulation and tone modulation for effective conversations
