Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Support at Movate (formerly known as CSS Corp), a global customer experience and technology consulting services provider. The company is known for disrupting the industry with its unique solutions, resilient operations, and innovative business engagement models. Your role will involve reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness, processing new orders on a web-based system, clarifying customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements. You will be placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system and monitoring the status of these orders, taking appropriate action based on the status. It is essential to maintain a high level of accuracy in all activities and keep accurate records of activities in internal systems. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness - Processing new orders on a web-based system - Clarifying customer inquiries - Maintaining service levels and high levels of accuracy - Placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system and monitoring the status of these orders, taking appropriate action based on the status - Ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements and maintaining accurate records of activities in internal systems Qualifications Required: - Any Degree Technical Skills Required: - Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data - Skill in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data - Ability to quickly learn new concepts - Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; Creative problem-solver - Knowledge of basic computer operations - Strong organizational skills - Highly motivated in the performance of sometimes repetitive duties with very low room for error Desired Profile: - Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data - Skill in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data - Ability to learn new concepts quickly - Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment - Creative problem-solver - Knowledge of basic computer operations - Strong organizational skills - Highly motivated in the performance of sometimes repetitive duties with very low room for error - Prior experience with Microsoft Office is a plus - Prior experience with salesforce.com is a plus Please note that at Movate, diversity, equality, and inclusion are highly valued.
