Job Description

Customer Support Executive

The role involves handling client queries, providing prompt resolutions, and ensuring a seamless trading experience for clients across platforms.

Location

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats regarding trading and demat account queries.
Assist clients with account opening, KYC documentation, and activation issues.
Guide clients on using trading platforms (web/mobile) and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with internal departments (RMS, back office, tech support) for timely issue resolution.
Maintain and update customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with regulatory guidelines (SEBI, NSE, BSE, etc.) and company policies.
Educate clients on product offerings, services, and trading tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in customer service within the stock broking or trading industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with prior experience in broking houses or trading support roles.
Quick learners with a keen interest in the stock market and trading trends.
