The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. Continuously improve through feedback and training. Stay updated with product knowledge and changes in services/policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, or other support software. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Multilingual skills are a bonus. Preferred Attributes:Positive attitude with a team player mindset.
