Job Description

The candidate from different domain ( Tele-Caller/ BPO/ Customer Service) with excellent English communication can also apply Responsibilities: Monitor the issues reported by the clients and ensure workflows. Resolve database-related issues promptly. Assist clients to resolve their issues. Ensure data integrity and security. Generate reports and perform analysis. Provide user support for database issues. Continuously learn and apply new skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Basic knowledge of SQL and RDBMS. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills. High attention to detail. Preferred: Internship or project experience with SQL databases. SQL or database management certifications. Basic understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
