Customer Support – Voice (Permanent Role)

Location: Brookfield and Marathahalli, Bangalore

Interview Mode: Virtual / Walk-in

Joining: Immediate | No Relocation cases

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Voice Process) for a permanent full-time role in Bangalore. Candidates must have prior experience in voice-based customer interaction and strong communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance

• Perform follow-ups and ensure timely issue resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 Months experience in Customer Support – Voice

• UG / Graduate (any stream)

• Day Shifts

• 6 days working, 1 rotational off

• CTC: Upto 3.5 LPA

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Only Bangalore-based candidates (no relocation)
