🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to technical issues via calls, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot software/hardware problems effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain proper logs of issues and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technical teams when needed.
  • Salary 20k to 25k CTC
  • Day Shift, JOB LOCATION MOHALI

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

  • B.Tech / BE

  • BCA / B.Sc IT

  • Polytechnic Diploma (after 12th)
