AVAILABLE ROLES

1 International Customer Support (Voice / Chat / Blended):

Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats from international customers.

Resolve queries related to products, billing, or services efficiently.

Deliver exceptional communication and maintain customer satisfaction.

Update and track customer interactions in CRM tools.

2 Technical Support Associate (International):

Provide troubleshooting support for network, software, or hardware issues.

Assist customers with setup, configuration, and issue resolution.

Escalate complex cases to advanced tech teams when needed.

Maintain high quality and accuracy in all interactions.

3 International Collections Associate:

Connect with international customers to recover overdue payments.

Negotiate settlements and payment plans courteously.

Adhere to compliance and collection policies.

Document all customer communications accurately.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

Comfortable with night / rotational shifts

Freshers with strong communication welcome

Graduates & Undergraduates both eligible

Must be open to working in International BPO environment
