Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
Your role will be to reach out to potential clients, present our Product effectively, and convert interest into actionable sales opportunities.
Manage office operations,with tasks like data entry, filing, and Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Provide support with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Will participate in product marketing events.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the company .
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile / Skill required

:

Bachelor s or Masters Degree preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. (Only Female candidates apply)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as well as in a team environment.
