Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or resolution.
  • Record call details and update the system after every interaction.
  • Escalate issues to the senior/team leader when required.

Required Skills:

  • Basic English and Tamil communication (speaking) with clear voice.
  • Willingness to work in voice process and speak with customers throughout the day.
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, handling calls and simple tools).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers and candidates from BPO / customer service background can apply.
