  • Manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails professionally

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Languages:

    Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO/customer support process
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets
    • Ability to handle safety-related escalations calmly and efficiently
