Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Fintech Location: Jaipur | New Loha Mandi | Harmada Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Care Executive Male/Female to support users of our fintech platform. You will assist with account queries, transaction issues, and general product support, ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience. 🕒 Working Hours: Shift window: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM 👥 Staffing Plan: Person A: Shift: 7:00 AM – 03:30 PM(Female) Person B: Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM(Male) This setup provides full-day coverage with two shifts: Morning Shift: 8:30 hours Afternoon/Evening Shift: 9 hours 📆 Work Week: 6 working days per week Sunday is a working day, but: If a person works on Sunday, they get one day off on another weekday Ensures no one exceeds 6 working days per week ✅ Summary: Two people cover the entire 7 AM–10 PM time window daily Each person works 6 days per week If they work on Sunday, they get a weekday off This rotation ensures compliance with a 6-day work week Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat regarding payments, accounts, and transactions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app usage, KYC, and transaction failures Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up for resolution Requirements: Basic communication skills (English & Hindi) Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving skills Fresher or Prior experience in fintech or BFSI customer support is an advantage
