Job Description

You will be a part of a dynamic team as a Telecaller, where your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and handling inbound inquiries efficiently. It is essential to maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach. Your role will include making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products/services, while also handling inbound calls to resolve customer queries promptly. You will be required to update and maintain customer databases with accurate information, follow up on leads to convert them into sales or appointments, and provide detailed information about our products/services while addressing any objections customers may have. Additionally, recording customer feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate department will be part of your responsibilities. This position is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule at our in-person work location. Your contribution as a Telecaller will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and sales growth for our organization.,
