We are hiring an energetic Accounts Executive to join our dynamic Team in Bangalore. As an Accounting Executive at EducationToday, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will work closely with our finance team to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other day-to-day accounting tasks. Job Role & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities : Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial statements. Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances. Monitor inventory and manage vendor payments. Timely and accurate month-end closing and monthly reporting. Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and audits. Coordinate with external auditors and consultants as needed. Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions. Qualification & Requirements : Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Accounting or Finance 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably in a CA firm Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Expertise in financial and cost accounting principles. Proficiency in preparing tax reports and maintaining compliance. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL and accounting software like Tally / Zoho Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Excellent Communication skills in English.
