● Interact with customers via calls, emails, or chats to resolve queries and provide accurate information.
● Address order-related issues, product inquiries, and other support needs with professionalism and empathy.
● Maintain records of interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.
● Maintain service quality standards and meet performance metrics (TAT, CSAT, etc.).
● Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
● Prior experience in a customer service role preferred (0.5 – 1 year); freshers with strong language skills are welcome to apply.
● Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
● Basic knowledge of computer systems and customer service tools.
