Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida Sector 3

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Salary: Up to ₹25000 per month

Experience : Fresher or Min 6 months Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound verification calls to customers.
Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and Video KYC processes.
Ensure all customer data is accurately verified and documented.
Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Use CRM software to document and manage customer interactions.
Provide a positive customer experience throughout the verification process.
Maintain a friendly and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

Qualifications:

Min 1 year of Experience or Fresher required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Positive and customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Good time management and organizational skills.
