Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team at iPangram Digital Services LLP. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, after-sales support, AR products/digital products, delivery coordination, CRM management, and ticketing systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer support through various channels.
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely product or service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage tickets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, IT, or Communications.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
