Role & responsibilities Handle customer queries effectively and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide support via calls, emails, or chat as required. Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers. Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company guidelines. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi . No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence). Strong grammar and pronunciation skills. Graduate from any field. Freshers and experienced candidates (with customer support experience) are welcome.
