About the Role

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions via email, chat, and calls.
Manage and track tickets using CRM and helpdesk systems.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to software platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Provide product walkthroughs, demos, and training to clients when required.
Share user feedback with the product and development teams for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience in
Customer Support / Technical Support
.
Strong understanding of
CRM systems
(knowledge of Officiel CRM or similar tools is a plus).
Familiarity with
helpdesk platforms
(e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Zoho Desk).
Basic knowledge of
software processes
and
finance/accounting terms
.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with web applications and databases.
