Customer Support Executive – Bhopal | 9ance 📍 Location: Bhopal (On-site) 💼 Experience: 1–2 years 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science / IT / Technical field About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team at 9ance . The ideal candidate should have a mix of technical understanding, software and finance knowledge , and hands-on experience in CRM and helpdesk tools . You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions via email, chat, and calls. Manage and track tickets using CRM and helpdesk systems. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to software platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer interaction records. Provide product walkthroughs, demos, and training to clients when required. Share user feedback with the product and development teams for improvement. Required Skills & Experience 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Technical Support . Strong understanding of CRM systems (knowledge of Officiel CRM or similar tools is a plus). Familiarity with helpdesk platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Zoho Desk). Basic knowledge of software processes and finance/accounting terms . Excellent communication (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
