✅ Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates (drivers) and generate hiring leads for captains
✅ Coordinate the complete onboarding process – documentation, compliance checks, and follow-ups
✅ Maintain captain databases, onboarding trackers, and hiring dashboards
✅ Support the operational hiring requirements across locations
✅ Ensure smooth and timely communication with captains and internal teams
✅ Contribute to additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals
