Job Title: Customer Support Associate – UK Voice Process Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Salary: Up to ₹5.40 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Night Allowance Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Week Offs) Shift Timings: Day & Night Shifts (Based on UK Daylight Saving) Process Type: UK Voice Process (Inbound) Job Type: Full-Time Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience within BPO Industry Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from UK clients and contractors professionally and efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all queries are resolved effectively. Maintain detailed call logs and reports; escalate or hand over tasks when necessary. Follow up on service requests and ensure contractor visits occur within agreed SLAs. Seek required authorizations for tasks exceeding standard limits. Communicate clearly and promptly via email for instructions and updates. Address queries related to orders, quotes, and approvals from both customers and internal teams. Monitor overdue tasks and follow through to ensure timely resolution. Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and KPIs. Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints or escalations.
