Job Title: Customer Success Support Specialist

Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Success Support Specialist on a contract basis (September 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025) with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion. The role supports our Customer Success team by triaging support tickets and creating microsites using structured templates.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, categorize, and route technical support tickets with accuracy.

Build and publish microsites using pre-defined templates, ensuring content quality and consistency.

Upload and manage documents, links, images, and videos.

Maintain productivity standards while balancing multiple tasks.

Collaborate with internal teams for ticket resolution and content updates.

Qualifications:

Strong technical proficiency with web-based tools and content management.

High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate issues appropriately.

Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
