Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intern in Customer Success located in Chandigarh, India. The Intern will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with inquiries, monitoring and addressing customer feedback, and collaborating with the team to improve overall customer experience. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs and concerns.
