Job Description

As a member of the Professional Services team at Charles River Private Market, you will be responsible for addressing customer support inquiries effectively. This role involves resolving support tickets, completing assigned tasks promptly, developing a comprehensive knowledge of the product, and primarily assisting customers through email correspondence. Although this position is an individual contributor role, it necessitates frequent collaboration with internal teams, external clients, and daily coordination with fellow support team members. It is crucial to maintain accurate documentation of work hours as part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Task Execution: Ensure the efficient and timely completion of daily assigned tasks. - Work Quality: Strive to deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for zero errors. - Efficiency: Maintain a consistently high level of productivity and effective time management. - Accountability & Reliability: Take ownership of your assignments, meet deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility when necessary. - Ad-hoc Support: Provide assistance with additional tasks as assigned by the manager or team. Preferred Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce is advantageous. First-Year Goals: - Acquire in-depth product knowledge and grasp support workflows. - Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders. - Contribute to enhancing team productivity and maintaining quality standards. Job Requirements: - Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed. - Comfortable working in a hybrid or office-based work environment. - Strong communication skills across all levels within the organization. - Possess an analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. - Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to tasks. - Experience with BI tools or data modeling is a bonus. - Adaptability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
