Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end account governance, including performance reviews and escalations.
  • Drive P&L ownership, ensuring account profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Build strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and account expansion.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in IT Services with a focus on BFSI domain.
  • Proven experience in client management, delivery governance, and account growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, APIs, and IT service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
