Customer Success Manager

What You Would Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
• Provide support via chat and email, resolving queries effectively.
• Educate users on product features and best practices.
• Maintain records in CRM tools (Intercom, JIRA).
• Collaborate with product teams to improve customer experience.
• Meet performance metrics (call volume, FCR, CSAT).

What You Should Have:

• Must have at least 2 years of proven experience handling US market user calls.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of fintech products (mutual funds, stocks, ETFs).
• Experience with CRM tools like Open Phone, Intercom, JIRA.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide quick resolutions.
• Ready to work on different time shifts around the clock based on the requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer success/support within the fintech domain.
• Familiarity with multichannel support (voice, chat, email).
• Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset.
