Associate Product Marketing Manager

What you would do:

• Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product launches.
• Perform market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Coordinate with the engineering and product development teams to deliver functional solutions.
• Analyse product performance and suggest enhancements to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products.
• Monitor user reactions post-launch and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
• Participate in product feature prioritization and setting timelines for implementation.

What you should have:

• About 3 years of full-time work experience in marketing or a related area.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge and use of product marketing tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and passion for technology and the tech industry.
• Experience with web technologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Global mindset with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
