Here’s more: What you would do: Drive efficient and effective growth in key metrics across channels Constantly be on top of the latest tools & techniques that help grow & optimise Own a list of quantifiable KPIs and deliver on them Drive the B2B2C channels thru strategic marketing partnerships Work closely and directly with the co-founders, leadership team as well as potential external partners & investors Collaborate with product and design teams for impactful product marketing and feature launches Run and optimize email marketing workflows and lifecycle campaigns Leverage marketing analytics to measure, report, and improve campaign performance Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with creative channels and tactics What you should have: 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in B2C / SaaS / Fintech domains Solid grasp of marketing analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Clevertap,, etc.) Strong experience in product marketing, campaign management, and email marketing Great communication skills with the ability to write copy Obsession with numbers and an eye for detail An appetite to learn about A.I and its power to redefine marketing The right ‘hustle quotient’ to be always impatient and wanting to constantly improve What will make you stand out: Experience working in a high-growth startup or digital-first environment Background in fintech or wealth-tech is a big plus Exposure to user segmentation, cohort analysis, and CLTV optimization Ability to write clear, persuasive copy and work closely with design/product teams What you will get: A 100% remote work environment with the right enablers for you to excel Guaranteed action. Here’s more: What you would do: Drive efficient and effective growth in key metrics across channels Manage internal teams and external teams to ensure metrics are met Constantly be on top of the latest tools & techniques that help grow & optimise Own a list of quantifiable KPIs and deliver on them Drive the B2B2C channels thru strategic marketing partnerships Work closely and directly with the co-founders, leadership team as well as potential external partners & investors What you should have: About 3-5 years of digital marketing experience. FinTech of BFSI experience would be an additional bonus Strong working knowledge of paid and organic platforms to drive growth, marketing automation and engagement platforms like CleverTap, HubSpot etc. to drive engagement and so on.
