Customer Success Intern Help Brands Grow with Xeno!

Are you someone who enjoys solving business problems and building strong client relationshipsWant to work at the intersection of tech, marketing & strategy

Xeno is looking for a Customer Success Intern who s excited to work on client growth strategies, support top retail brands, and kickstart their career in a high-growth SaaS environment.

About Xeno:

Xeno is an AI-driven CRM company for large D2C brands and omnichannel retailers. We have some of the biggest brands in our portfolio like Shopperstop, Fabindia, Forever New, Taco Bell, and Vero Moda & Only. Xeno enables large D2C brands & omnichannel retailers to engage their customers across eCommerce & stores. With the digital retail wave alongside us, we ve seen 3x growth in revenue in 2024.

What You ll Do:

Support the Customer Success team in driving strategic growth for our clients
Understand brand goals and help craft CRM strategies using Xeno s platform
Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
Analyze data to generate insights and help improve customer engagement
Be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product & tech teams

Who You Are:

B.Tech 2025 graduate or in final semester Computer Science mandatory
Working experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Curious, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership
Prior internship or project experience in marketing, business strategy, or client-facing roles is a must
