Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3–7 years Industry: SaaS / MarTech / Hyperlocal Platforms About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven, and client-obsessed Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Razorlabz. You will be the strategic partner to our enterprise and mid-market clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing value delivery, and expansion across our hyperlocal management platform – spanning Google Business Profiles, hyperlocal SEO, review engines, and localized commerce integrations. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Lead structured onboarding and platform adoption, aligning setup with business objectives, SEO needs, and local presence goals. Hyperlocal Success Management: Own client KPIs across the hyperlocal funnel – from search discovery to conversion. Collaborate with SEO, ops, and analytics teams to drive tangible results. Strategic Reviews & Reporting: Conduct regular reviews to highlight performance, uncover gaps, and propose actionable solutions using dashboards and local performance data. Relationship Management: Build strong multi-stakeholder relationships across marketing, ops, and digital teams. Be the voice of the customer internally. Retention & Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding client challenges across location-based marketing and commerce. Playbook Execution: Leverage and improve internal playbooks for onboarding, review management, listing hygiene, and keyword experiments across cities. Key Skills & Experience 3–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or hyperlocal marketing. Hands-on knowledge of Google Business Profiles, local SEO, review systems, and marketplace/digital commerce environments. Strong analytical skills – comfortable with dashboards, data interpretation, and linking insights to action. Excellent client communication and project management skills – ability to juggle multiple brands and stakeholders. Experience working with enterprise clients is a strong plus.
